产教融合背景下“应用型人才培养1234模式”的探索与实践——以湖南文理学院经管类专业为例

Exploration and Practice on the 1234 Teaching Mode of Applied Talent Training under the Background of Integration of Production and Education——Taking Business Specialties at Hunan University of Arts and Science as an Example

经管类专业应用性强,实践教学"痛点"明显,因此,在产教融合背景下,经管类专业人才培养应抓住机遇,牢固树立应用型人才培养理念,从"虚实"两条途径全面创建实践教学条件,系统构建"宽基础、强能力、高综合"的应用型人才培养教学内容体系,科学设计课程实习、专业综合实习、跨专业综合实训、社会服务等主要实践教学类型。经管类专业"应用型人才培养1234模式"有一定的理论创新,实践效果显著,值得推广。

Business specialty embraces strong professional application, with obvious difficulty points in practice teaching. Hence, under the background of integration of production and education, the talent training in this major should grab chance by setting up the training concepts, building practical teaching conditions in both physical and virtual ways, systematically constructing teaching content system with “wide foundation,strong ability and high comprehensiveness”for application-oriented talents, scientifically design the main practical teaching types,including course practice,professional comprehensive practice,interdisciplinary comprehensive practice social service and so on. After years of exploration, the 1234 teaching mode for applied talent training in business specialties has achieved remarkable results, and is worth expending.
