摘要
完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作,大规模开展职业技能培训,对精准培养企业紧缺型技能人才,服务地方经济社会发展,具有重要战略意义。针对企业紧缺的T型人才培训短板,宁波市现代服务业公共职业培训平台打造纵横互联的培训体系,建立O2O培训供需匹配机制,实施项目引领、经费补助、专家辅导的"三步进阶"式机构帮扶,推进"方案—执行—反馈—成果"四级培训评估,培育了数万名地方产业紧缺的中高端跨界T型人才,带动了整个区域现代服务业产业升级。
Improving vocational education and training system, deepening the integration of production and education, cooperation between schools and enterprises, and developing vocational skills training on a large scale are of great strategic importance for training enterprises’ deficient skilled talents and serving the local economy and society. Aiming at the shortage of T talent training enterprises short board, public occupation training platform of modern service industry in Ningbo city is to built an interconnection training system, establish O2O training supply matching mechanism, implement “three-step-ladder” type mechanism of “project lead, founding subsidies, expert guidance”,and promote the “project-implementation-feedback-result-s” of the four level evaluation, which have cultivated tens thousands of high-end cross-border T talents for local industry, and have promoted the upgrading of the modern service industry in the entire area.
