完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作,大规模开展职业技能培训,对精准培养企业紧缺型技能人才,服务地方经济社会发展,具有重要战略意义。针对企业紧缺的T型人才培训短板,宁波市现代服务业公共职业培训平台打造纵横互联的培训体系,建立O2O培训供需匹配机制,实施项目引领、经费补助、专家辅导的"三步进阶"式机构帮扶,推进"方案—执行—反馈—成果"四级培训评估,培育了数万名地方产业紧缺的中高端跨界T型人才,带动了整个区域现代服务业产业升级。

Improving vocational education and training system, deepening the integration of production and education, cooperation between schools and enterprises, and developing vocational skills training on a large scale are of great strategic importance for training enterprises’ deficient skilled talents and serving the local economy and society.
