摘要
近年来,广州电大依托原学历教育办学体系和数字化学习中心办学体系,积极开展老年教育办学实践创新,在办学模式、管理模式、资源建设模式、教育教学模式等方面进行探索,取得了较大的进展。面对新时代我国社会主要矛盾的转变和严重老年化社会的到来,广州电大老年教育的发展,与党和国家的要求及老年群体的期望仍存在较大差距。为此,本文提出了推动广州电大老年教育发展的若干对策建议:完善体制机制建设,促进办学体系全面发展;加强老年教育队伍建设,夯实老年教育人才基础;建立办学支持服务体系,促进老年教育高质量发展;加强课程体系建设,满足老年人多样化的学习需求;依托区域优势,打造老年教育特色品牌。
In recent years, relying on the original education system for academic qualifications and the digital learning center system, Guangzhou Open University actively carried out the School-running practice for the elderly education, and made great progress in the modes exploration like school-running, management, resource construction, and teaching. However,as the main social contradictory transforming and the coming of severe aged society, there is a big gap between the development of the aged education and the learning needs of older population in Guangzhou. Then this paper puts forward the development countermeasures for the elderly education in Guangzhou in the new era. These countermeasures will focus on improving the institutional mechanism to stimulate the all-round development of school-running system, strengthening the construction of talent team for the aged education to tamp the foundation of talents, building a demand-driven support service system to promote the high quality development , strengthening the construction of curriculum system to meet the diverse learning needs of the elderly;relying on regional advantage to create characteristic brand of elder education.
