“文化潜能养德”的职教实践——以“筷子梦想”班主题文化建设为例

摘要 主题文化建班,是当前班集体特色文化建设探索中开辟的一条新的建班之路。江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校追寻适合的职业教育,提出了"潜能德育"的育人理念,构建了"文化潜能养德"为重要内容的育人体系,并积极开展主题文化的班集体建设。17313中餐烹饪班以"筷子梦想"为文化主题,通过一套建班理念体系、两种融合激励机制、三项管育基本原则、四类班本课程活动,有效激发了学生的成长潜能,促进了学生素养的提升,形成了可借鉴的班集体建设范例。 Themed class culture construction is a new attempt to explore class specific culture construction. Yangzhou Tourism and Business School, in its pursuit of effective vocation education method, proposes the concept of "Virtue Cultivation Based on Potential", constructs a new education system with "Virtue Cultivation Based on Cultural Potential" as the indispensable content, and proactively promotes themed class culture. Chinese Cooking Class 17313, with "Dream About Chopstick" as its cultural theme, establishes a system of class construction concepts, two mechanisms of integrated motivation, three fundamental principles of management and education, four types of courses and activities, which has achieved fruitful results in inspiring students' potentials and enhancing their competences. So it can be a good example for class culture construction.
