以人民为中心的价值取向是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想大众性的价值标识,也是其实现大众化的价值导向。大众性标志着合理性的程度,大众化扩展了大众性的认知范围。这种价值取向不仅是新时代发展理念的核心取向,更是马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化的方向指引。新时代深化对思想大众性的认识,深入推进大众化进程,实现价值衔接和机制联动,有助于增强价值认同,形成更为稳固的"价值共同体",以理论自觉和理论自信推进新时代向纵深发展。

The people-centered value orientation is the value identity of universality of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and the value orientation of the popularization of it.That universality signifies the degree of rationality, and the popularization extends the public cognitive scope of universality.The people-centered value orientation is not only a fundamental guiding of the development concept for a new era,but also a direction of Marxism in Sinicization,modernization,and popularization.To deepen the understanding of thought’s universality,to promote the process of popularization, and to realize the consvergence of values and the linkage of mechanisms in the new era,this will be contributed to increase the value recognition of new thought and form a more stable “community of value”.Consequently,that the theoretical consciousness and the theoretical self-confidence will develop in depth for a new era.
