随着科学技术的迅猛发展,数字技术在金融领域的应用日益广泛,由此催生了新的金融业态——数字金融。数字金融是经济高质量发展的重要动力。当前,中国数字金融处于起步阶段,在推进经济高质量发展过程中存在相关法律制度不健全、数字金融活动主体素养较低、征信系统不完善、客户信息安全缺乏保障、数字金融风险更为集中隐蔽、金融监管机制不完善等问题,严重制约了我国经济高质量发展。为此,必须坚持"普惠"与"精准"相统一原则,完善数字金融法律制度,加强数字金融教育,健全征信体系,注重数字金融监管体系建设,重视数字金融技术创新,强化国际交流与合作,以更好地推进数字金融发展。

With the rapid development of science and technology,the application of digital technology in the field of finance is more and more extensive,which leads to the emergence of a new financial industry,digital finance.Digital finance is an important driving force for high-quality economic development.At present,China’s digital finance is in the initial stage,in the process of promoting high-quality economic development,there exists some problems such as imperfect legal system,low quality of the main body of digital finance activities,imperfect credit reporting system,lacking of guarantee of customer information security,more concentrated and hidden digital financial risks,and imperfect financial supervision mechanism,which seriously restrict the high-quality economic development of our country.So we must adhere to the principle of unifying “pratt,whitney” and “precise”,perfect the legal system of digital finance,strengthen the education of digital finance,improve the credit system,pay attention to the construction of regulatory system of digital finance,attach importance to the technological innovation of digital finance,and strengthen international exchange and cooperation in order to promote the development of high quality economy better.
