摘要 高校教师作为学生的引导者和科学研究的从事者,其学术行为对学生、学校、社会皆会产生影响。一旦教师出现学术不端行为会严重影响高校、教师的声誉和社会信誉,破坏学术界的健康发展,造成恶劣的社会影响。高校学术不端的严峻形势引发学界对此行为的深入研究,研究高校教师的学术不端危害性及原因,探索高校教师学术不端的防范机制,为进一步肃清学术风气提供参考。 As the conductor of students and a person engaged in scientific research,college teachers’ academic behavior will have an impact on students,schools and society.Once the teachers have academic misconduct,it will seriously affect the reputation and social credibility of universities and teachers,and will undermine the healthy development of the academic circle and cause terrible social impact.The severe situation of academic misconduct in colleges and universities has led to an in-depth study of this behavior.This paper studies the harmfulness and causes of academic misconduct,exploring the preventive mechanism of academic misconduct in colleges and intending to provide reference for further clearing academic atmosphere.
