审核评估视角下教学质量保障体系分析——以石河子大学经济与管理学院为例

Analysis of Teaching Quality Assurance System from the Perspective of Auditing and Evaluation——Taking the College of Economics and Management, Shihezi University as an Example

教学质量保障体系运行的有效建设是审核评估的重点内容之一,因此要全面理解与把握审核评估"质量保障"审核项目的内涵与要求。石河子大学经济与管理学院的教学质量保障体系建设要形成教学管理工作简报与分析报告的工作机制,津贴发放应教学科研并重,适当向教学倾斜。加强学院教学质量管理队伍建设,建立科学的教学评价体系。

It is one of the key contents of auditing and evaluation to effectively constructing teaching quality assurance system.Therefore,we should comprehensively understand and grasp the connotation and requirements of “quality assurance” of auditing project.The construction of teaching quality assurance system in College of Economics and Management,Shihezi University,should form the working mechanism of teaching management brief and analysis report,equaling teaching and research (with a bit focusing on teaching),strengthen the construction of teaching quality management team and establish a scientific teaching evaluation system.
