摘要
对花键冷敲成形设备分度机构进行了分析。通过对传统的直线槽轮机构进行运动学和动力学分析,发现直线槽轮分度机构在拨销进入和离开轮槽的时候发生柔性冲击,引起了分度机构的振动。在此基础上,设计了两种减小冲击的分度机构:新型曲线槽轮机构及弧面凸轮分度机构。对这两种分度机构进行了设计计算,建立了几何模型,并进行了运动学及动力学特性分析。结果表明:改进之后的分度机构可以减少冲击,分度精确,运行平稳。
The indexing mechanism of spline cold striking machine has been analyzed.Through the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the traditional linear sheave mechanism,it is found that the linear sheave indexing mechanism has a flexible impact when the dial enters and leaves the wheel groove,which causes the vibration of the indexing mechanism.On this basis,two kinds of indexing mechanisms for reducing impact have been designed;a new curved sheave mechanism and a curved cam indexing mechanism.The two indexing mechanisms have been designed and calculated.The geometric model has been established while the kinematics and dynamics analysis have been performed.The results show that the improved indexing mechanism can reduce the impact with accurate indexing and stable operation.
