摘要
粉末冶金零件精整油压机具有滑块位置高精度控制要求,需满足±0.01mm的定位精度。采用伺服电机驱动可正反向运转的齿轮泵作为动力源,辅以液压插装阀系统、高分辨率位移传感器、高响应压力传感器及主从模块控制方式的电气系统,主模块PLC和子模块运动控制器ESMotion之间采用Modbus协议进行通讯。
The finishing hydraulic press for the powder metallurgy part has the high-precision control requirements of the slider position,which needs to meet the positioning accuracy of±0.01mm.The servo motor drives the gear pump that can run in the forward and reverse directions as the power source,supplemented by the hydraulic cartridge valve system,high-resolution displacement sensor,high-response pressure sensor and the electrical system of the master-slave module control mode.The Modbus protocol has been adopted for communication between the main module PLC and the sub-module motion controller ESMotion.
