货舱门作动系统用旋转作动器设计改进

摘要 对货舱门作动系统用旋转作动器因销轴、行星轮内孔、行星架磨损而失效的现象,从失效形式、失效原因、材质选用、结构等方面进行全面分析,有针对性地对产品进行设计改进。主要改进要点为:改进销轴材料和热处理工艺,行星轮内孔表面精度和热处理工艺,提高销轴和行星轮内孔的硬度和耐磨性;改进行星架结构,对改进前后行星架结构进行有限元分析,使其静强度提高了1.5倍以上。通过改进,解决了旋转作动器失效问题,试验证明改进措施正确有效。 The failure of the rotary actuator for cargo door actuation system due to the wear of the pin shaft,the inner hole of the planetary wheel and the wear of the planet carrier has been analyzed comprehensively from the aspects of failure mod e,failure reason,material selection and structure.The main improved design has been carried out to the product.The main improvement points are;improving the pin material & heat treatment process and the surface precision of the inner hole of the planetary gear as well as the heat treatment process;improving the hardness and wear resistance of the pin and the inner hole of the planetary wheel as well as the structure of the planet carrier.The finite element analysis has been conducted to the before and after of the improved planet carrier to make its static strength increased by more than 1.5 times.Through the improvement,the failure issue of the rotary actuator has been solved.It is proved by test that the improved measures are correct and effective.
