利用Autoform对某车型后围外板拉延模面进行优化设计,结合实物优化拉延模面,消除拉延模面设计不合理导致的起皱问题。

The Autoform has been mainly used to optimize the design of the drawing die surface of the rear outer panel of a certain model automobile.The drawing die surface has been optimized by combining with practice.This in this way,the wrinkling problem caused by the unreasonable design of the drawing die surface has been eliminated.
