On the Micro-Level of the Internal System Planning of Vocational Education

摘要 任何一种教育类型,都依据着一种教育理论;任何一种教育理论,都反映着一种哲学思想。以追求事物背后本质的表征主义,割裂了客观世界的"知性"与"物性"的统一。以概念、原理、规律等命题为内容的学校教育,是过滤掉了"物性"的"半知"教育。缺失"物性"的教育,使针对"物"的"技术"变为了不可能。表征主义不是职业教育的哲学依据。现象主义追求"知性"与"物性"的统一,追求"完整"的知识,以具象、具身、寓居、亲知、完整、个别为属征,为职业教育提供了理论支撑。将现象学的"全息知识论"移植于职业教育,将引发职业教育课程、教材、施教方式的一系列变革。 Any type of education is based on an educational theory,and an educational theory reflects a philosophical thought.Representationism whose goal is to pursue truth behind things separates the oneness of verstand and property of the objective world.The school education based on concepts,principles,rule and so on is semi-intellectual education which filters out the property of the things.This kind of education makes technic and skills centering on objective world impossible.Therefore,sepresentationism is not the philosophical basis of vocational education.Phenomenologism provides good theoretical support for vocational education in that it seeks the oneness of both verstand and property of the objective world and the wholeness of knowledge,and that it is characterized by concretion,embodiment,residence,experiencing,integrity and individuality.The theory of holographic knowledge from phenomenologism can be applied to vocational education,which will stimulate a series of reform in vocational education in curriculum,teaching materials and teaching methods.
