高职院校校企合作必须实现“八个对接”

On Matching in the Practice of School-Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作目前已经成为高职院校人才培养的基本模式,但当前校企合作存在的局限性造成合作仍处于低层次阶段,根本原因是校企双方对合作目的层级的"对等性"的有意识认同,但这种认同处在目的层级的表层而没有走向深层。只有通过多重手段,改变校企双方目的层级,寻求双方共同的利益诉求,通过"八个对接",才能促进校企合作的深入进行。

School-enterprise cooperation has now become the basic mode of talent training in higher vocational colleges,but current school-enterprise cooperation is still at a low-level stage because of limitations in practice.The basic reason lies in the low integrity recognition of the purpose of schoolsenterprise cooperation.Multiple measures have to be adopted to change the levels of cooperation purposes,to seek common interests of both sides at differed levels.The present study proposes eight solutions in regards to the matching of cooperation practices to deepen school-enterprise cooperation.
