新经济形势下的电气自动化专业“新工科”人才培养的思考和探索

New Engineering Talents Training in Electrical Automation Specialty in the New Economic Situation

新经济快速发展迫切需要新工科人才支撑。高校要适应新经济、新业态的发展,要求对传统专业进行改造和升级,探索更加多样化和个性化的人才培养模式,培养具有学科交叉融合的工程科技人才。从适应新经济的电气自动化专业改造和升级途径出发,以现代工程教育的理念和模式、学科专业建设、课程体系和培养机制改革入手,分析能适应新经济形势下的复合型工科人才培养新机制,探索应用型工程化人才培养的模式,以期提高新工科人才培养质量。

The rapid development of the new economy urgently needs the support of new engineering talents.To adapt to the requirements of the new economy and the development of the new situation,it is necessary for universities to reform and upgrade the traditional specialties,to explore more diversified and individualized mode of talent training,and to cultivate technical talents with interdisciplinary background.For this purpose,based on the concept and mode of modern engineering education,the present study analyzes the new system and mode of training interdisciplinary engineering talents,specialty development and curriculum system.
