经济发达地区城市民族工作问题调查分析

Issues in Working Practice Related to Ethnic Groups: A Survey Study in Developed Areas

民族工作是关系党和国家发展全局的重要工作。随着城市化的推进,少数民族流动人口进入城市,将各族文化带入城市的同时,也将民族性因素带入城市的管理与服务工作中,民族工作"进城"进程加快。经济发达地区是少数民族流入的重要区域,做好其民族工作,具有重大的战略价值和现实意义。我国经济发达地区城市民族工作取得了突出的成绩,但在工作机制、资源投入、公共服务和工作方法等方面也存在明显不足。基于此,结合经济发达地区的实际和民族工作的规律,可以采取相应措施进行优化改进,为巩固民族统一战线,促进民族团结,推动中华民族的伟大复兴助力。

Issues related to ethnic minority people play an important role in the development of Chinese Communist Party and China as a whole.With the development of urbanization,ethnic migrant people move into cities,bringing with them their own culture.And ethnic elements also come into the administrative work and service in cities.Since developed areas are the major areas for ethnic immigrants,the quality of the work with this group of people means a lot both strategically and realistically.Although outstanding progress has been made in this respect,issues are to be addressed in work mechanism,investment in resources,public services and working methods.Measures based on the real practice and the rules of ethic work can be adopted to improve the working efficiency so as to consolidate the union of all ethnic groups in China as well as promote the great rejuvenation of China.
