现代学徒制模式下学生岗位期教学运行机制实践探索

Practical Exploration on Teaching Operation Mechanism during Students' Post Period in Modern Apprenticeship Model

现代学徒制能够凸显高技能人才培养的优势,目前已经在浙江、广东、江苏、上海等省市高校开展了试点工作。对各试点高校在推进现代学徒制改革的过程中,积累的共同合作学徒岗位期的学习组织、学业管理、学业考核、教育管理等方面经验进行探讨,以期给现代学徒制改革发展有所借鉴。

Modern apprenticeship system can highlight the advantages of high-skilled personnel training. At present, pilot work has been carried out in Colleges and universities in some provinces and cities, such as Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai etc. In the process of promoting the reform of modern apprenticeship system, the experiences accumulated by the pilot universities in learning organization, academic management, academic assessment and educational management during the period of joint cooperative apprenticeship are discussed in order to provide some reference for the reform and development of modern apprenticeship system.
