民航院校学生安全素质教育策略研究

Study on the Strategy of Quality-oriented Safety Education for Students in Civil Aviation Colleges and Universities

民航院校是培养民航从业者的主渠道,在民航院校学生中弘扬和践行当代民航精神、对学生进行安全素质教育是民航院校的义务和责任。结合民航院校的行业特点,从民航院校学生安全素质教育的现状出发,分析民航院校对学生进行具有行业特色的安全素质教育的必要性并提出民航院校创新安全素质教育的途径,从而为民航业输送具备高度安全意识的人才,助力民航业的安全稳定发展。

Civil aviation colleges and universities are the main channels to train practitioners in the field of civil aviation. It is the duty and responsibility of civil aviation colleges and universities to carry forward and practice the spirit of contemporary civil aviation and to carry out quality-oriented safety education for students. Based on the industry characteristics of civil aviation colleges and the current situation of quality-oriented safety education for students in civil aviation colleges, this paper analyses the necessity of quality-oriented safety education with industry characteristics for students in civil aviation colleges and universities, and points out that civil aviation colleges should carry out effective quality-oriented safety education for students so as to provide personnel with high safety awareness and promote the safe and stable development of the civil aviation industry.
