摘要
分析"互联网+"时代下,微课模式在人力资源管理课程中的应用优势和意义,对微课教学在应用中存在的问题及解决方法进行探讨,提出人力资源课程微课教学设计模式,以期更好地满足当前时代下学生个性化学习需求。
The paper analyzes the advantages and significance of the application of microlecture mode in the course of human resources management in the era of "Internet +". It also discusses the problems and solutions in microlecture's application in teaching, and finally puts forward the microlecture's teaching design model of human resources courses so as to better meet the individual learning needs of students in the current era.
