摘要
在醇基铸造涂料中加入膨润土能提高铸造涂料的悬浮性,同时会增加铸造涂料的发气量,降低铸造涂料的高温抗裂性。选择合适的膨润土加入量可以制出各项性能符合标准要求的醇基铸造涂料。
Bentonite could improve suspension property,increase gas volume and reduce high temperature crack resistance on alcohol-base foundry coating.The results show that when the amount of bentonite is selected appropriately,alcohol-base foundry coating with good performance are gotten.
