With the continuous deepening of the comprehensive reform in the field of education, the leadership level of college administrators plays a very important role in determining whether the reform can achieve the ultimate victory. The substance of leadership includes authorization, motivation, and training. A good college administrator should demonstrate outstanding talent in these three areas.
