摘要
作为美国高校学术诚信体系中的独特组成部分,荣誉制度以学生的自我管理为理念,以其道德责任感为前提,约束着高校学生在学术领域内的种种行为。如今,体系发展近乎完备的荣誉制度,为解决当今高校学生自我管理能力、校园诚信建设以及学术管理制度等方面存在的问题提供了一剂良方。本文首先试从荣誉制度的概述、荣誉制度在弗吉尼亚大学的发展这两个方面对美国高校的荣誉制度进行介绍与分析,最后再对荣誉制度进行简评并简述由其引发的几点思考。
As a unique part of the academic integrity system in American universities, the honor system takes students' self-management as its concept and their moral sense of responsibility as its premise, which restricts college students' various behaviors in the academic field. Nowadays, the development of the honor system is almost complete, which provides a good remedy to solve the problems existing in the self-management ability of college students, the construction of campus integrity and academic management system. This paper first tries to introduce and analyze the honor system of American universities from two aspects: the overview of honor system and the development of honor system in the University of Virginia. Finally, it makes a brief comment on honor system and gives a brief account of some thoughts caused by it.
