新时代背景下的高校教学规范化研究

Research on the Standardization of Teaching in Colleges and Universities in the Context of the New Age

进入新时代,围绕全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点,我国高校教育教学改革全面推进。教学规范化在一定程度上保障了教学工作有序、高效运行,但在实践中也存在一些问题。笔者认为,教学规范化必须以提高人才培养质量为目标,助力教学工作。教学规范宜粗不宜细,应当考虑不同学科的特点、考虑教学过程的整体性、尊重教师的个性,应当刚柔并济、多奖少罚。

In the new era, the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities in China has been comprehensively promoted,comprehensively around the core point of improving the ability to cultivate talents. The standardization of teaching ensures the orderly and efficient operation of teaching to some extent, but there are also some problems in practice. The author thinks that the standardization of teaching must aim at improving the quality of personnel training and help the teaching work. The teaching norms should be general rather than detailed, should consider the characteristics of different subjects, consider the integrity of the teaching process, respect the individuality of teachers, and should be firm and flexible, with more awards and less punishment.
