On the Legal Literacy of College Students: Taking Science and Engineering Students as an Example

大学生是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要力量。法律素养的培养直接关系到高校培养人才的综合素质,也关系到依法治国方略的实现。本文以大学生的法律素养,社会、家庭、学校教育和管理的成因,以理工科学生为例。以高校学生法律素养的养成出发,从人才培养目标、思想道德教育、校园文化建设、心理健康教育等几个方面探究高校学生的法律素养制度。

College students are an important force in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The cultivation of legal literacy is directly related to the comprehensive quality of training talents in colleges and universities, and it is also related to the realization of the strategy of governing the country according to law. This article takes the legal literacy of college students, the causes of social, family, school education and management, and science and engineering students as an example. Based on the cultivation of college students' legal literacy, this paper explores the legal literacy system of college students from the aspects of talent training goal, ideological and moral education, campus culture construction and mental health education.
