摘要
针对知识信息爆发、获取知识渠道众多、人才需求多样的互联网时代高职学生的学情,对"传道授业解惑"内涵进行剖析和重新界定,明确"传道"的标杆性、"授业"的自主性、"解惑"的双向性和教学的"敏感性"对人才培养的作用,提出了"传道授业解惑"的基本要素,论述了高职教育"传道授业解惑"的实施路径。
In view of the explosion of knowledge and information, the multiple channels of knowledge acquisition, and the diverse needs of talents, the connotation of "teaching students knowledge, telling students the way to live and answering students' questions" is analyzed and redefined, clarifying the leading role of "teaching students knowledge", the autonomy of "teaching students the way to live" and the two-way nature of "answering students' questions", as well as the role of teaching "sensitivity" in talent cultivation, putting forward the basic elements of "teaching students knowledge, telling students the way to live and answering students' questions", and elaborating its implementation path in higher vocational education.
