大学生人际关系与心理健康的关系研究

Correlation Study between Interpersonal Relation and Mental Health in Undergraduates

为探讨大学生人际关系与心理健康的关系,并对其机制作出解释,本研究采用大学生人际关系问卷和一般健康问卷GHQ-28为研究工具,对283名大学生进行问卷调查。通过独立样本t检验、相关和回归分析,发现人际关系在性别、文理科有差别,而心理健康在性别有区别,相关分析发现人际关系和心理健康程度之间存在相关联系,回归结果证实可以通过大学生的人际关系来预测心理健康。

In order to explore the relationship between interpersonal relationship and mental health of college students, and to explain its mechanism, this study used the University Students Interpersonal Relationship Questionnaire and the General Health Questionnaire GHQ-28 questionnaire as a research tool to conduct a questionnaire survey on 283 college students. Through independent sample t test, correlation and regression analysis, it was found that interpersonal relationship was different in gender and science or arts, while mental health was different in gender, correlation analysis found that there was a correlation between interpersonal relationship and mental health degree, and the regression results proved that mental health could be predicted by college students' interpersonal relationship.
