摘要
以红河县为例,根据农用地定级规程,采用德尔菲法和修正法对构建农用地定级指标体系以及确定指标值和权重的思路与方法进行了研究;并采用综合评价模型对研究区域的农用地进行定级。结果表明:①研究区的农用地被划分为4级,面积分别占总面积的2.43%、16.46%、56.06%和25.04%;②农用地级别从行政中心向四周呈降低趋势,其受城市中心、交通条件、海拔的影响显著;③土地分布呈相互交错态势。
Taking Honghe County for example,based on the standard gradation of farmland,we used Delphi and modification methods to study the thoughts and methods of constructing the indices system and determining its value and weights in farmland gradation.Then,we used the comprehensive appraisement model to classify the farmland in Honghe County.The results show that①the farmland is divided into 4 ranks,respectively of the total area of 2.43%,16.46%,56.06%,25.04%.②The rank of farmland decreases from the administrative center to the countryside,which influenced by the urban centers,traffic conditions and height deeply.③Land distribution is mutually staggered trend.
