当前我国正处在实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的关键时期,这一时期更加迫切地渴望青年人的成长成才和使命担当。然而,在国内外环境日趋复杂的时代背景下,培养青年顺利成长成才的难度也大大提升。基于新时代、新特征和新要求,习近平总书记紧密贴合新时代青年工作的实际,把党在新时代对广大青年最核心的要求浓缩成为有理想、有本领、有担当的"三有青年"观。培育新时代"三有青年",要引领广大青年从树立远大理想着手,不断练就过硬本领,进而铸就敢于责任担当的坚定信念。
