摘要
目的探讨胎盘组织脂联素(APN)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、胎盘生长因子(PLGF)表达水平与重度子痫前期发病的关系。方法选取2016年4月至2017年3月在该院住院分娩的重度子痫前期孕妇110例为观察组,同期在该院住院分娩110例血压正常孕妇为对照组。比较两组APN、MMP-9以及PLGF表达水平,分析三者之间关系以及与孕妇体质量指数(BMI)和新生儿体质量的关系。结果观察组APN mRNA和蛋白表达量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组MMP-9、PLGF的mRNA和蛋白表达量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);APN mRNA与MMP-9mRNA、PLGF mRNA呈负相关(r=-0.663、-0.872,均P<0.05),与孕妇BMI呈正相关(r=0.260,P<0.05),与新生儿体质量呈负相关(r=-0.581,P<0.05)。MMP-9mRNA与PLGF mRNA呈正相关(r=0.592,P<0.05),与孕妇BMI呈负相关(r=-0.267,P<0.05),与新生儿体质量呈正相关(r=0.564,P<0.05)。PLGF mRNA与孕妇BMI呈负相关(r=-0.365,P<0.05),与新生儿体质量呈正相关(r=0.641,P<0.05)。结论重度子痫前期孕妇胎盘组织APN表达升高,MMP-9以及PLGF表达降低,可能与重度子痫前期发病有关,且三者可能通过胎盘屏障调控胎儿生长发育。
Objective To explore the relationship between expression levels of placental tissue adiponectin(APN),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),placenta growth factor(PLGF)and the incidence of severe preeclampsia.Methods Totally 110 cases of severe preeclampsia pregnant women hospitalized in our hospital for delivery from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group,and another 110 cases of pregnant women with normal blood pressure hospitalized in the same period were enrolled in the control group.The expression levels of APN,MMP-9 and PLGF were compared between the two groups,and the relationship of the three expression levels and the relationship between pregnant women body weight index(BMI)and fetal weight were analyzed.Results The mRNA and protein expression levels of APN in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the mRNA and protein expression levels of MMP-9 and PLGF were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The APN mRNA expression was negatively correlated with the mRNA expressions of MMP-9 and PLGF(r=-0.663,-0.872,all P<0.05),and positively correlated with BMI index of pregnant women(r=0.260,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with neonatal weight(r=-0.581,P<0.05).The MMP-9 mRNA expression was positively correlated with the PLGF mRNA expression(r=0.592,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with BMI index of pregnant women(r=-0.267,P<0.05),and positively correlated with neonatal weight(r=0.564,P<0.05).The PLGF mRNA expression was negatively correlated with BMI index of pregnant women(r=-0.365,P<0.05),and positively correlated with neonatal weight(r=0.641,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of APN is increased but the expression levels of MMP-9 and PLGF are decreased in placenta tissue of severe preeclampsia pregnant women,which may be related to the onset of severe preeclampsia,and the three expressions may regulate fetal growth and development through placental barrier.
