C919试飞测试设备供电系统多重保护技术

摘要 针对C919试飞测试设备供电系统的高可靠性要求,在采用三通道分级供电和冗余供电的基础上,提出该系统的多重保护方案,设计并研制了包含输入过欠压保护、输出过欠压和过流保护、过温保护、输出电压纹波保护及冷却风扇失速保护等多重保护电路,详细分析了基于无限增益多路负反馈二阶高通滤波技术的纹波保护电路和基于可预置同步/异步二进制减法计数芯片CD40103的冷却风扇失速保护电路。仿真和实验测试表明:当实际输入电压、输出电压及过载能力等超出设计范围时,系统实现了保护功能,且与预期设计指标相吻合。 To meet the high reliability requirement of power supply system for C919 airplane flight test equipment,a multiple protection scheme for the system is proposed basing on three-channel hierarchical power supply and redundant power supply.The multi-protection circuits have been designed and developed including over temperature protection circuit,input over-voltage and under-voltage protection circuit,output over-voltage and under-voltage protection circuit,output ripple voltage protection circuit,output overcurrent protection circuit and cooling fan stall protection circuit.The ripple protection circuit basing on infinite gain multiple negative feedback second-order high-pass filter and the cooling fan stall protection circuit basing on presettable synchronous/asynchronous down counters CD40103 are analyzed in details.Simulation and experimental tests prove that once the input voltage,output voltage and overload capacity exceed the design limits,the current scheme is capable to protect the power supply system,which is consistent to its designed performance indices.
