金融支持地方经济发展的制约因素及路径选择研究——基于西安与成都的对比分析

Research on the Restrictive Factors and Path Selection of Financial Support on Local Economic Development: An Empirical Study Based on the Comparative Analysis between Xi'an and Chengdu

"十三五"是西安深入推进全面创新改革试验,建设丝绸之路经济带新起点和内陆型改革开放新高地,打造具有历史文化特色国际化大都市的重要时期。本文对照西安市提出的"聚焦三六九,振兴大西安"发展目标与规划,在研究国内外经济增长动力、金融发展等相关理论的基础上,对比分析西安、成都两城市金融业支持地方经济发展现状,深入剖析西安市金融业在支持地方经济发展过程中存在的制约因素,并提出加快金融业发展、促进地方经济追赶超越的政策建议。

The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period is an experiment of promoting innovation and reform comprehensively in Xi'an.It is also an important period of time to build a new starting point for the Silk Road Economic Belt and a new highland for inland reform and opening up,creating an international metropolis with historical and cultural characteristics.This paper contrasts the development goals and plans of "Focusing on 369,Revitalizing the Great Xi'an" proposed by Xi'an.And in the study of domestic and foreign economic growth,financial development and relevant theory,this paper compares the economic growth dynamics and financial development of Xi'an and Chengdu,analyzes the restrictive factors of financial industry and puts forward some policy suggestions for speeding up the development of financial industry and promoting the local economy.
