摘要
信用卡代偿在有效缓解信用卡持有人短期借款不足的同时,客户信息安全保护、虚假宣传等相关风险日益凸显。本文借鉴信用卡产业发展较成熟的美英等国关于信用卡监管的相关做法,对信用卡代偿与银行信用卡分期支出进行了实证比较分析,建议我国尽快构建系统的金融消费者投诉和举报机制,并推动将信用卡代偿相关数据纳入征信体系。
The domestic credit card compensation industry has developed rapidly.While effectively alleviating the short-term arrears of credit card holders,related risks such as information disclosure and misleading publicity have also accumulated.It is recommended to build a systematic financial consumer complaints and reporting mechanism as soon as possible,and promote credit card compensation related data is included in the credit information system.
