《辨证奇闻》消串丹加减治疗淋巴瘤的临证经验

Fu Qingzhu's experiences in the treatment of lymphoma with the modified xiaochuandan in Bian Zheng Qi Wen

恶性淋巴瘤(ML)是一组起源于淋巴造血系统的恶性肿瘤的总称。近年来我国该病的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,目前中医治疗淋巴瘤取得了一定的成绩,但也出现疗效不稳定,时有复发的情形,所以进一步探索恶性淋巴瘤的病因病机及治法方药成为当务之急,笔者在傅青主医学体系之《辨证奇闻》中筛选出了有效方剂消串丹,其方义为健脾化痰解郁,消痈散结解毒。以之作为基本方,根据证候分型寒痰凝滞、气郁痰结、血瘀癥积、肝肾阴虚加减化裁,对恶性淋巴肿瘤有明显抑制作用,疗效较肯定,值得临床反复验证及推广。

Malignant lymphoma(ML)is the general term of malignant tumor originated from hematopoietic system.In recent years,its incidence rate is increasing by years.At present,a good achievement has been obtained in the treatment of lymphoma with TCM.But the therapeutic effects are not stable and the disease recurs.Hence,it is necessary to further explore the etiology,pathogenesis,treating method and medication for the treatment of ML.The authors screened xiaochundan formula from Bian Zheng Qi Wen,one of the books in Fu Qingzhu′s medical system.This formula acts on strengthening the spleen,resolving phlegm,removing stagnation,reducing masses and detoxification.Xiaochundan is modified according to the individual syndrome,such as stagnation of cold phlegm,stagnation of qi and phlegm,blood stagnation and liver and kidney yin deficiency.The definite effects have been achieved on the suppression of ML.Hence,this formula deserves to be verified repeatedly through clinical trial and promoted.
