李庆生治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变用药规律探析

Li Qingsheng's experiences in the medication for central serous chorioretinopathy

目的分析和总结李庆生老中医治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的用药经验。方法使用频数表对李庆生老师治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的43份门诊病例处方方剂及所用药物的分类、使用频次、归经进行统计分析。结果中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的用药频次以补虚、清热、利水渗湿药为多,归经以肾、肝、脾、心、肺经为多。结论李庆生老师治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变立足于肝肾脾以及心、肺的综合调治,治疗原则为补虚、清热、利水祛湿。

Objective To analyze the experiences of Li Qingsheng,the veteran TCM physician in medication for central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC).Methods With the use frequency table,the formulas,the categories of drugs,use frequency and channel tropism of 43 clinical cases of CSC treated by Li Qingsheng were analyzed statistically.Results Regarding the drug use frequency for CSC,the drugs for tonfication in deficiency case,clearing heat and eliminating harmful fluids were common,acting on the kidney,liver,spleen,heart and lung channels.Conclusion In the treatment for CSC,Li Qingsheng focuses on the comprehensive regulation of the functions of liver,kidney,spleen,heart and lung.The treatment principles are tonification in deficiency condition,clearing heat,promoting water metabolism and eliminating damp.
