眉上切口联合重睑切口矫正严重老年性上睑皮肤松弛症的临床观察

Clinical observation on correction of severe senior upper eyelid skin flaccid by superior eyebrow incision combined with double eyelid incision

目的评价眉上切口联合重睑切口治疗严重老年性上睑皮肤松弛症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析严重老年性上睑皮肤松弛症患者36例采用眉上切口联合重睑切口手术治疗的临床资料,观察愈合情况、满意度、并发症。随访15～24个月(平均17.6个月)。结果满意19例(52.78%),基本满意15例(41.67%),总满意率94.44%;不满意2例(5.56%)。所有患者术后切口均甲级愈合。术后(45±10) d恢复自然重睑。所有患者均未出现伤口血肿、感染及瘢痕增生、眼睑闭合不全等并发症。结论眉上切口联合重睑切口矫正严重老年性上睑皮肤松弛效果确切,达到了治愈疾病、良好形态改变,又保证功能不受影响的目的,使患者生活质量显著提高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of upper eyebrow incision combined with double eyelid incision in the treatment of severe senile palpebral skin relaxations.Methods The clinical data of surgically treating 36 cases by superior eyebrow incision combined with eyelid incision were retrospectively analyzed.The healing,satisfaction and complications were observed.Follow-up of 15-22 monthes(average 17.6M)were taken.Results Satisfactory 19 cases(52.78%),Basic satisfaction 15 cases(41.67%),with an overall satisfaction rate of 94.44%;Unsatisfactory 2 cases(5.56%).All the patients had a grade A healing incision.The natural eyelid was restored(45±10)days after operation.There were no complications of hematoma,infection,hypertrophic scar and incomplete eyelid in all the patients.Conclusion The upper eyebrow incision combined with the double eyelid incision to correct severe senior upper eyelid skin relaxation is effective,can have achieved the goal of curing diseases,improving the shape,and ensuring the function not be affected,as well as improving patient's quality of life.
