摘要
目的调查并对比丽江地区纳西族与汉族青年第三磨牙萌出及阻生情况。方法方便选取2017年6月—2018年2月生长在丽江地区的400名青年的第三磨牙萌出及阻生情况进行调查。结果第三磨牙正常生长的情况,汉族338颗牙齿,纳西族357颗牙齿正常。第三磨牙萌出率在纳西族与汉族青年男性、女性之间均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第三磨牙阻生率,汉族59名(29.50%)水平阻生,纳西族44名(22.00%)水平阻生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组人群中18和28之间、38和48之间阻生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是下颌的组胜率高于上颌(P<0.05)。丽江地区纳西族与汉族青年之间牙位阻生率以及各阻生类型之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丽江地区纳西族与汉族青年第三磨牙萌出及阻生特点并不存在明显的差异。
Objective To investigate and compare the eruption and resistance of the third molar in the Naxi and Han youths in Lijiang. Methods The eruption and anti-resistance of the third molars of 400 young people who grew up in Lijiang from June 2017 to February 2018 were convenient selected and investigated. Results The normal growth of the third molar was 338 teeth of the Han nationality and 357 teeth of the Naxi family were normal. There was no statistically significant in the eruption rate of the third molar between the Naxi and Han young men and women (P>0.05);the third molar impact rate, 59 cases of Han (29.50%) level, and Naxi 44 (22.00%) level, the impact was statistically significant different (P<0.05);there was no statistically significant between 18 and 28, 38 and 48 in the two groups (P>0.05), but the group win rate of the mandible was higher than that of the upper jaw (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant in the incidence of tooth position and the type of resistance between the Naxi and Han youths in Lijiang area (P>0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the eruption and resistance characteristics of the third molar in the Naxi and Han youths in Lijiang.
