不同抗血小板治疗方案在冠心病患者心血管事件防治中的临床研究

Clinical Study of Different Antiplatelet Therapy Regimens in the Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究不同抗血小板治疗方案在冠心病患者心血管事件防治中的临床效果。方法该次研究对象为方便选取冠心病患者,时间在2014年6月—2018年6月之间,根据电脑随机分配的原则将50例冠心病患者分为两组,其中包括对照组和观察组,分别行阿司匹林治疗和硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗,对比其两组凝血指标、治疗效果以及心血管事件发生情况。结果观察组冠心病患者凝血酶原时间(12.99±1.34)s、活化部分凝血活酶时间(41.98±1.09)s,与对照组凝血指标相比差异有统计学意义(t=4.48、22.87;P<0.05)。观察组冠心病患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,与对照组相比较高,两组间相比较(χ2=6.64;P<0.05)。观察组冠心病患者心血管事件发生率4.00%,相比对照组心血管事件发生率较低(χ2=8.00;P<0.05)。结论硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗方案在冠心病患者心血管事件防治中具有重要作用,值得研究。

Objective To study the clinical effects of different antiplatelet therapy regimens in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The patients were convenient selected for coronary heart disease from June 2014 and June 2018, 50 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to the principle of random computer distribution, including the control group and the observation group, respectively adopted aspirin therapy and clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate, compare the coagulation parameters, treatment effects and cardiovascular events in the two groups. Results The prothrombin time (12.99±1.34) s and activated partial thromboplastin time (41.98±1.09) s in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (t=4.48, 22.87;P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in patients with coronary heart disease was 96.00%, which was higher than that of the control group, and compared between the two groups (χ^2= 6.64;P<0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than that in the control group(χ^2= 8.00;P<0.05). Conclusion The clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate treatment regimen plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease and is worthy of study.
