中药穴位贴敷治疗喘病患者的护理

Nursing Care of Patients with Asthma Treated by Acupoint Sticking with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及有效护理方法。方法方便选取2018年2—7月该院收治的102例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分两组。对照组51例,予以患者常规西医治疗及护理;实验组51例,患者在对照组基础上加用中药穴位贴敷及中医护理,对比观察两组治疗后中医症候改善情况,评价临床疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率(92.16%)和护理满意度(94.12%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.037,P<0.05;χ2=4.306,P<0.05);实验组不良反应率(1.96%)与对照组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.882,P>0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷治疗哮喘疗效确切,配合护理,可有效稳定患者病情,改善临床症状,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and effective nursing methods of acupoint sticking with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 102 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to our hospital from February in July 2018 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups. 51 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine and nursing. In the experimental group, 51 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking and Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group. The improvement of TCM symptom after treatment was compared and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The effective rate of treatment (92.16%) and nursing satisfaction (94.12%) were higher in the experimental group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=3.037, P<0.05;χ^2=4.306, P<0.05);adverse reactions in the experimental group of (1.96%) was not statistically different from the control group (χ^2=0.882, P>0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of asthma. Cooperating with nursing can effectively stabilize the patient's condition and improve clinical symptoms. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
