探讨子宫输卵管造影在女性不孕不育中的诊断价值

Exploration on the Diagnostic Value of Hysterosalpingography in Female Infertility

目的对子宫输卵管造影在女性不孕不育中的诊断价值进行探讨。方法方便选取2016年12月—2017年12月在该院接受治疗的62例疑似不孕不育患者作为研究对象,同时采取回顾分析法对入选患者进行研究和分析,所有入选患者均给予子宫输卵管造影,并对入选患者的诊断价值进行研究和分析。结果所有患者通过子宫输卵管造影进行诊断后可知,针对不孕不育患者诊断的特异性为96.00%、敏感性为100.00%、准确率为98.00%、误诊率为4.00%以及漏诊率为2.00%,通过与患者的病理结果相比,两种诊断结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对不孕不育患者给予子宫输卵管造影进行诊断,能够提升诊断效果,降低诊断过程中的误诊率和漏诊率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of hysterosalpingography in female infertility. Methods Convenient select a total of 62 suspected infertility patients who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. The retrospective analysis was used to study and analyze the selected patients. All the selected patients were given hysterosalpingography. And study and analyze the diagnostic value of the selected patients. Results All patients were diagnosed by hysterosalpingography. The specificity of diagnosis for infertility patients was 96.00%, sensitivity was 100.00%, accuracy was 98.00%, misdiagnosis rate was 4.00%, and missed diagnosis rate was 2.00%. Compared with the pathological results of the patients, there was no significant difference between the two diagnostic results, and the statistical significance did not exist(P>0.05). Conclusion Diagnosis of infertility patients with hysterosalpingography can improve the diagnosis and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in the diagnosis process. It is worthy of promotion.
