MSCT在静脉血管相关疾病所致搏动性耳鸣的影像分析

摘要 目的分析MSCT检查(颞骨HRCT、CT血管造影)在静脉血管相关疾病所致搏动性耳鸣的影像学表现,对比患者治疗过程及疗效,评价其在诊断搏动性耳鸣的应用价值。方法已确诊并治疗的患者93例,回顾性分析其MSCT检查的影像学表现,分析乙状窦、高位颈静脉球及乳突导静脉的形态,并测量数据。结果乙状窦憩室31例,乙状窦裸露27例,横窦-乙状窦交界区狭窄2例,高位颈静脉球合并憩室19例,乳突导静脉的增粗29例,2种及以上病变联合发生37例。结论 MSCT检查(颞骨HRCT、CT血管造影)能发现静脉血管相关疾病所致搏动性耳鸣的病因,并能为临床医生制定治疗方案提供依据,是搏动性耳鸣首选的一种安全、无创的检查技术。 Objective To analyze the imaging findings of pulsatile tinnitus caused by venous vascular disease (MSCCT) and vascular angiography (TC), compare the treatment process and curative effect of patients, and evaluate its application value in the diagnosis of pulsatile tinnitus. Methods 93 patients were diagnosed and treated. The imaging findings of MSCT were retrospectively analyzed. The morphology of sigmoid sinus, high jugular vein and mastoid vein were analyzed, and the data were measured. Results 31 cases of sigmoid sinus diverticulum, 27 cases of sigmoid sinus exposure, 2 cases of transverse sinus-sigmoid sinus junction, 19 cases of high jugular vein combined with diverticulum, 29 cases of mastoid vein thickening, 2 kinds and above lesions were combined in 37 cases. Conclusion MSCT examination (HRCT and CT angiography) can detect the cause of pulsating tinnitus caused by venous vascular disease, and can provide a basis for clinicians to develop treatment plans. It is the safe, non-invasive examination technique preferred for pulsating tinnitus.
