摘要
针对322名大学生的调查结果显示:重要他人支持、学科特定自我效能感与大学生生涯适应力之间两两存在显著正相关关系。其中,在重要他人支持中除了其他支持外,父母支持、朋友支持,学校老师支持和企业指导老师支持都与大学生生涯适应力呈现出显著正相关。而且重要他人支持对大学生生涯适应力呈现出显著的预测作用,同时学科特定自我效能感在重要他人支持与大学生生涯适应力的关系中存在显著的部分中介效应。
Using the data obtained from 322 college students, this paper discusses the relationship between significant others' support, subject-specific self-efficacy and college students' career adaptability. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between significant others'support, subject-specific self-efficacy and college students' career adaptability. Among significant others'support, parent support, friend support, school teacher support, and enterprise mentor support, in addition to other support, are significantly positively correlated with college students' career adaptability. Moreover, significant others'support plays a notable role in the prediction of college students' career adaptability, while discipline-specific self-efficacy has a remarkable partial mediating effect in the relationship between significant others'support and college students' career adaptability.
