基于时间银行的互助养老服务实现路径探析

养老是我国目前需要解决的重要问题,因为养老关系着老百姓的切身利益,关系设社会的稳定和发展,所以我国目前正在积极的探索多种养老方式,目的就是要推进我国养老质量的提升。就现阶段的具体分析来看,我国的养老压力正在逐渐加大,而且在未来的一段时间内,这种压力会长期存在,而当前的养老方式在这种压力解决方面并无特别突出的效果,因此需要采用全新的理念审视养老问题。就当前的研究来看,互助养老服务的实现对于养老问题的解决有重要的作用,所以文章基于时间银行分析互助养老服务的具体实现,目的是要为新的养老方式开辟提供参考和指导。

Pension is an important issue to be solved at present in China,because it concerns the vital interests of the common people and the stability and development of the society.Therefore,China is now actively exploring a variety of pension modes,with the purpose of promoting the improvement of the quality of pension in China.According to the specific analysis at the present stage,China′s pension pressure is gradually increasing,and in the future,such pressure will exist for a long time.However,the current pension mode has no outstanding effect in the solution of such pressure,so a new concept is needed to examine the pension problem.According to the current research,the realization of mutual endowment service plays an important role in solving the endowment problem.Therefore,this paper analyzes the specific realization of mutual endowment service based on the time bank,aiming at providing reference and guidance for the development of new pension modes.
