我院传染病科护理人员工作压力源分析及应对措施探讨

Analysis of work stressors of nursing staff in infectious diseases department of our hospital and countermeasures

目的探讨我院传染病科护理人员工作压力源分析及应对措施。方法选取2016年2月～2018年4月我院传染病科护理人员20例作为研究组,同期纳入19例非传染病科护理人员作为对照组。通过护士工作压力源量表了解两组工作压力源情况,并给出应对措施。结果研究组工作压力源排名依次为:传染科患者死亡人数多、传染科护理人员社会地位低、工资及福利待遇低、担心工作中出现差错、护理人员数目少,其中以3、4分所占比例居高,对照组依次为:工作量大、担心工作中出现差错、经常倒班、护理患者病情过重、护理管理者支持及理解不足,人数分布较为均衡。研究组压力源总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论作为护理管理者,需充分重视传染病科护理人员压力,并根据压力源给予针对性应对措施,以减轻护理人员压力,以最佳心态进行护理。

Objective To explore the work stress source and countermeasures of nursing staff in infectious diseases department of our hospital.Methods From February 2016 to April 2018,20 nursing staff of infectious diseases in our hospital were selected as the research group.In the same period,19 non-infectious disease nursing staff were included as the control group.Through the nurses′work pressure scale to understand the two groups of work pressure,and countermeasures were given.Results The work stressors of the research group ranked in the order of the number of deaths of infectious diseases patients,the low social status of the nursing staff,the low wages and benefits,the fear of errors in the work,and the small number of nursing staff,including 3 points and 4 points,the proportion was high.The control group has a large workload,worry about errors in work,frequent shifts,overdue care of nursing patients,inadequate support and understanding of nursing managers,and a relatively balanced number of people.The total score of stressors in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion As a nursing manager,it is necessary to pay full attention to the pressure of nursing staff in infectious diseases,and to provide targeted countermeasures according to the pressure source to reduce the pressure of nursing staff and to take care of the best mentality.
