优质护理在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing in patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨优质护理在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月～2017年10月我院收治的60例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理基础上同时接受优质护理,比较两组的精神恢复情况、心理情况及护理总满意率。结果两组护理后的精神病量表(BPRS)、住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)评分低于护理前,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的BPRS、NOSIE评分低于对照组,护理后的SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者采用优质护理干预方式,可显著改善患者的各项精神指标,改善患者焦虑、抑郁评分,提升护理整体满意率,值得在临床推广普及。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were enrolled.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was used,while in the observation group,on the basis of routine nursing,high quality nursing was added.The mental recovery,psychological condition and total nuring satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)and nurses′observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)scores of the two groups after nursing were both lower than those before nursing.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores were significantly lower than those before the nursing with statistical significance(P<0.05).The BPRS and NOSIE scores of the observation group after nursing were both lower than compared with those in the control group.The SDS and SAS scores after nursing were both lower than those of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of high quality nursing in patients with chronic schizophrenia can significantly improve the mental indicators of patients as well as the SDS and SAS scores,and increase the total nursing satisfaction compared with routine nursing,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
