摘要
在当前高校的人才培养过程中存在各种类型的"教学迎合"行为,根据实施主体的差异,可将其划分为组织类迎合和个体类迎合两大类。从短期来看,两种迎合都能给教学双方带来一定的"正面效应",却在缺少有效干预和治理的情况下会形成相对稳定的短期均衡,并在多种因素的共同作用下形成长期均衡。但从长期来看,"教学迎合"从整体上降低了人才培养质量,必须从引导教学双方的理性诉求、减少"教学迎合"行为的短期收益、防止"教学迎合"向长期均衡转化等层面采取针对性的干预与治理措施。
There exist various types of“catering teaching”activities in Colleges.According to the difference of executors,the“catering teaching”activities can be divided into the following two categories:the organization catering and individual catering.In the short run,the two kinds of“catering teaching”can bring the positive effects to teachers and students.Therefore,the“catering teaching”can form a relatively stable short-term equilibrium due to the lack of effective intervention and governance and further evolve a long-term equilibrium under the joint influence of many factors.However,the“catering teaching”will decrease the quality of talent cultivation in the long term.The article attempts to put forward some strategies to guide the rational demands to reduce the short effect of catering teaching and prevent it from changing into long-tem equilibrium.
