以德国"双元制"、瑞士"三元制"、英国"分层制"为代表的欧洲职业教育模式取得了重大成就,在世界范围内得到公认和效仿。2010年以后,在欧盟理事会的倡导下,为应对激烈的国际竞争,出台了前沿性的职业教育发展战略,把职业教育发展的重点主要集中于强调技能培养与基础技能培养并重、强化与市场的契合度、推广使用现代信息手段和建立欧洲一体化职业教育体系等四个方面。借鉴欧洲职业教育的经验,研究欧洲职业教育的发展趋势,对搞好中国的职业教育意义重大。

European vocational education represented by Germany"dual system",Switzerland"ternary system",Britain"stratified system"has been recognized and imitated worldwide.After 2010,under the advocacy of the Council of the European Union,in response to the fierce international competition,it introduces advanced vocational education development strategy,and focuses on the training of skills and basic skills,strengthening the fit with the market,and promoting the use of modern information means,and establishing the integrated vocational education system.The paper draws lessons from the experience of European experience,and studies the development trends of European experience.This is of great significance for vocational education in China.
