为了进一步提高学生培养质量和就业竞争力,创建园林景观设计品牌工作室,必须积极开展高职教育园林景观设计专项人才培养模式研究,明确人才培养目标和规格,构建人才培养教育体系,探索"学生—学员—准员工—员工"四位一体的人才培养方法,建立相应的管理机制。在教育教学中开展系列实践探索,为园林景观设计专业人才培养模式探索一条新的路径。

In order to further improve the cultivation quality and employment competitiveness of students,it builds landscape design brand studio.It must actively carry out the research on the talent cultivation mode of landscape design in higher vocational education,clarify the training goals and specifications,construct the educational system of talent cultivation,explore the talent training method of"students-trainees-prospective employees-employees",and establish the corresponding management mechanism.A series of practical explorations has been carried out in education and teaching with remarkable results,and a new path has been explored for professional talent cultivation mode of landscape design major.
