思政课青年教师的现实困境与对策——基于60多所民办高校、独立学院的实证调研

The Practical Dilemma and Its Countermeasures of Young Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses

目前,民办院校思政青年教师面临经费落实困难、职称晋升受阻、工资待遇偏低、群体认知下行、课堂教学效果仍需提升等多重现实困境。要想突围,政府、教育管理部门、学校、青年教师必须共同发力:政府进一步科学规范对民办高校大学生思想政治教育评估工作的管理和监督;教育管理部门健全民办高校青年教师职业发展的进修培训、职称晋升等制度;各民办高校要为青年教师发展营造良好的制度环境和搭建有益的发展平台;青年教师自身提前做好积极有为的职业长期规划。

At present,young ideological and political teachers in private colleges and universities are faced with many practical difficulties,such as difficulty in fund implementation,blocked promotion of professional title,low salary,downward trend of group cognition,and classroom teaching effect to improve.In order to solve these problems,it needs joint efforts of the government,educational administration departments,schools and young teachers.The government should further standardize the management and supervision of the ideological and political education assessment in private colleges and universities;the education administration departments should perfect the system of advanced training and professional title promotion for the career development of young teachers in private colleges and universities;private colleges and universities should create a good institutional environment and establish a beneficial development platform for the development of young teachers;young teachers themselves should make a positive long-term career plan in advance.
