卓越技能人才培养体系构建的研究

Study on the Construction of Excellent Skilled Talent Training System

基于教育部"卓越工程师教育培养计划",高职院校也在不断探索和实践分类培养的教育模式。2017年我校的"卓越技能人才培养计划"在几个重点工科专业群试行,在此背景下,总结经验成果,进行案例分析,立足于区域重点产业发展,以技能大赛和创新创业为切入点,大力引入企业能工巧匠和典型案例,创新人才培养模式,构建模块化课程体系,制定柔性考评方案,打通分类培养的有效通道,逐步形成系统科学的卓越技能人才培养体系。

Based on the"Education and Training Plan for Excellent Engineers"of the Ministry of Education,higher vocational colleges are constantly exploring and practicing the education mode of classified training.In 2017,the"excellent skilled talent training plan"of our school was launched in several key engineering specialty groups.Under this background,this paper summarizes the experience and results,conducts case analysis,relies on the development of regional key industries,takes skill contest and innovation and entrepreneurship as the breakthrough point,vigorously introduces enterprise skilled craftsmen and typical cases,innovates the mode of talent cultivation,constructs the modular curriculum system,formulates the flexible evaluation program,opens up an effective channel for classified training,and gradually forms a systematic and scientific system for training excellent skilled talents.
