德国双元制对我国高职院校校企合作的启示

The Enlightenment of German Dual System for the Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises in China

德国"双元制"是被世界公认的一种比较先进的职业教育模式,对德国社会经济高速发展和工业技术水平的提升起到了重要促进作用,其注重校企合作、注重实践能力培养的成功经验已经被许多国家借鉴,并取得了一定的成果。结合德国"双元制"职业教育模式,针对目前我国高职院校校企合作的现状,指出并分析了校企合作中存在的主要问题,提出解决我国高职院校校企合作发展问题的对策。

German"Dual System"is a relatively advanced vocational education mode recognized by the world,which has played an important role in promoting the rapid development of German social economy and upgrading the industrial technology.Its successful experience of focusing on school-enterprise cooperation and practical ability training has been used for reference by many countries,and has made some achievements.Combined with the vocational education mode of German"Dual System",this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation in view of the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in China.
